About Roswell Family Farm

Roswell Family Farm is a family-run farm operated by Anthony and Emily Roswell, alongside their three kids — Willow (7), Waylon (6), and Wyatt (4). Based in Salisbury, NY, we’re focused on raising animals with care and getting real, farm-fresh food into the hands of our local community.

Our story started with pasture-raised chickens. We give them space to roam, sunshine to enjoy, and a natural day on pasture with grass and bugs. That kind of life makes for happier birds — and the richer flavor shows up in every meal. Over time, we added ducks for both meat and eggs, bringing more variety and even more farm goodness straight from our pastures to your table.

Through our close partnership with Craig and Stephanie Spofford of Spofford Farm, we’re proud to offer roaster pigs, whole and half hogs, and a wide selection of pasture-raised pork cuts. Working together helps us provide pork that’s full of flavor and raised with the same values we live by at Roswell Family Farm.

When it comes to beef, we source from trusted nearby family farms that raise cattle on open pasture with standards we respect — care, honesty, and responsible farming. Keeping it local means great quality for your freezer, while also supporting other hardworking families right here in our region.

Our mission stays simple: provide affordable, high-quality meat for local families. By raising our own poultry and pork — and partnering locally for beef and other products — we can help expand everyone’s markets. Someone might stop for chicken and head home with pork or beef too (and the same happens in reverse). It strengthens local agriculture, keeps dollars close to home, and puts honest food on the table.
