You’ll take home around 65–75 lbs of frozen, vacuum-sealed pork — ready for the freezer.
That’s about $7–$8.50/lb of ready-to-cook premium pork.
A $100 deposit is required to reserve your half hog.

$3.50/lb Hanging Weight
$200–$300 Butcher Fee (paid directly to the processor)

→ Take home 130–150 lbs of packaged pork

A $150 deposit is required to reserve your whole hog.

🔍 What is “Hanging Weight”?

Hanging weight is the pig’s weight after slaughter, before cutting. Your final packaged meat will be around 65–75% of the hanging weight, depending on cut and processing preferences.

🛒 How to Reserve

Place your order below or online at our order form .

A $150 deposit for a whole hog or $100 for a half hog is due when your order is confirmed.
We’ll drop the hog off at the butcher and notify you when it’s time to make cut selections!
